CONTROL CENTER

Settings & Safety

Manage how your Galaxy account, posts, live rooms, audio, messages, moderators, wallet safeguards and support tools behave.

Settings synced to this Galaxy account

Account mode

Choose the control preset that best matches how you use Galaxy. This changes defaults and available creator tools; it does not grant verification or staff privileges.

Notifications

Email remains the primary account-notice channel once verified. Phone/SMS notifications require a verified number when the account system is activated.

Privacy & permissions

Control who can find, message and see activity from your account.

Soundboard & live mix

These preferences are saved now and used by Galaxy audio controls. More advanced device/DSP routing can build on these values later.

Microphone processing

Post defaults

These become the starting choices in Post Studio. You can still change them for an individual post.

Live safety defaults

Moderators are the people you authorize to help manage chat, guests and room behavior. Hosts always retain final room ownership.

Room moderators

Assign a Galaxy member to help run one of your rooms. Permissions are explicit and can be removed later.
Contextual kick/mute buttons will use these permissions inside the live-room member controls; 2.11 establishes and stores the permission model.

Inbox layout

Choose how conversation rows appear. Message permissions are controlled under Privacy.

Galaxy appearance

The canonical Galaxy blueprint remains the base design. These options change control presentation without replacing the galaxy environment.

Wallet & store safeguards

These controls reduce accidental spending. They do not replace payment-provider authentication or future withdrawal identity checks.

Creator Teams / Agencies

A creator can form a Crew, Agency, Community or Charity-support group with a leader and member roles. This is separate from room moderation.

My teams

Report a safety concern

Use this for bullying, harassment, scams, impersonation, explicit/unsafe content, underage concerns, privacy issues and other policy problems.

My reports

Contact Galaxy Webmaster / Support

Send a tracked request for technical problems, account help, billing, music/rights questions, creator support or feature feedback.

My support requests

Account standing

Active restrictions appear here with their reason and expiration. Future appeals can use this same record.

Galaxy enforcement should be progressive and documented: warning → temporary feature restriction → temporary suspension → permanent removal for severe/repeated violations. Child-safety, credible threats, fraud and similarly serious issues can require immediate escalation.
